How It Works

Am I suitable?
A good candidate for HIFU is someone with relaxed or sagging skin, generally those middle aged who have mild to moderate skin laxity. Areas best treated by HIFU include double chins, sagging skin around eyelids, lower face and neck, fine lines and wrinkles.
Is HIFU painful?
Every client’s comfort and pain threshold are different, while some people feel slight discomfort, others may not feel anything at all. Generally, clients will feel a warm and tingling sensation with slight vibrations. These feelings are temporary and a good indication the process is working.
When will I see results?
Some clients will see immediate results, however, ultimate results are visible over 2 to 3 months.
How many treatments are needed?
This will depend on each client and the condition of their skin laxity, generally only one treatment is needed with maintenance treatments every 12 to 18 months.
What is the aftercare like?
We recommend no sun exposure or strenuous physical activity for 24-48 hours post treatment. Other than that, you are free to return to your regular daily activities immediately after treatment.
